Trying a new salon or stylist can feel scary and intimidating, but you shouldn't feel that way for your first appointment!
My goal for this welcome packet is to make sure you're comfortable and well prepared for our time together!

What You Can Expect
Text and Email Reminders
Email & text notifications will be sent out 72 hours before to confirm your appointment. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so at this time or sooner
Come Prepared
During our consultation I will ask lots of questions. Please know this is a judgement free zone and all questions are to get to know you and your goals! Please bring photos of your likes and dislikes so we can compare visuals together during this process.
I ask that you come with your hair dry and styled as you normally wear it for your first appointment. This helps me create a better plan for how you wear your hair day-to-day.
Please be sure to avoid wearing any bulky clothing, turtlenecks, or hoodies. If you wear anything that I feel will hinder your experience, I may ask you to change into a provided robe.
I want your appointment to be as comfortable as possible! If this means you want a quiet appointment, you want to bring your laptop, pop some headphones in, read a book, or chat it up I'm here for it!
I will provide apple and android chargers if you need a charge!
I accept all major credit cards, cash, apple pay, google pay, and venmo.
The Experience

There is plenty of parking in front of the salon.

Once you arrive, please feel free to come on in and relax in the waiting area.

There are complimentary drinks and snacks in the processing area, please feel free to help yourself at any point during your time at the salon.

During your consultation we will discuss your goals, hair history, lifestyle, and pricing.

Toward the end of your appointment, we'll discuss maintenance, at home care, and booking options. My schedule is open 12 weeks at a time.

Time permitting, I'll snap a few photos/videos of your hair at the end of our service!
Policies
Cancellations
Life happens, I get it! However, appointments changed or cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time will be subjected to a 50% rebooking fee.
In the event I need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, I will honor this policy and discount your service 50%.
NO SHOWED appointments will be subject to a 100% rebooking fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will either adjust your service to fit in the remaining time or reschedule your service. In the event we reschedule, you will be subjected to a 50% rebooking fee.
Guest Satisfaction
I want you to love your hair! In the event you're unsatisfied please let me know within 7 days. Because of the artistic nature of what I do, I don't offer refunds on services. I would be more than happy to make an adjustment if you're having an issue at no additional cost to you.
If you make a retail purchase you're unsatisfied with, I will find you something better! Please let me know within 7 days of your purchase and I will happily exchange your product at full credit.
Per manufacturers policies, all extension sales are final.
Childrens Policy
For the comfort of your experience, children are not permitted in the salon unless receiving a service.
For safety purposes, children under the age of 12 are not permitted to accompany you while you receive services.
